Agnes M. Bard String Quartet Scholarship

The Agnes H. Bard Scholarship is for undergraduate students enrolled full-time and have declared a major in the music program with piano as the major instrument. Incoming freshmen awardees must have an ACT composite test score of 24 or above (equivalent SAT scores accepted) and rank in the upper 20 percent of their high school graduating class. Upper level awardees must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Incoming freshman awardee will be given first priority in the selection process. If there are no eligible freshmen candidates, the scholarship may be awarded to a sophomore, junior, or senior student.

Criteria

1. Each recipient must be an undergraduate student enrolled full-time at Winona State University.
2. Each recipient must be in good standing academically. Incoming freshman awardees must have an ACT composite test score of 24 or above (equivalent SAT scores accepted) and rank in the upper 20 percent of their high school graduating class. Upper level awardees must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average (4.0=A).
3. Each recipient must be a declared major in Winona State University’s music program with piano as the major instrument.
