Phyllis Sanden & Robert Hartle Scholarship

The Phyllis Sanden and Robert Hartle Scholarship is created to encourage and support students in the Department of Education at WSU.

Criteria

1. Each recipient must be a declared major in WSUs Elementary Education program.
2. Each recipient must be a sophomore, junior or senior undergraduate Education student enrolled full-time at Winona State University.
3. Each recipient must be in good standing at Winona State University with a minimum overall grade point average (g.p.a.) of 3.5 (4.0=A).
