On March, 1964 incorporating the club as a non-profit organization was proposed and by-laws were written (Incorporated April, 1973) and an application for membership in the Midwest Federation (MWF) was completed and accepted at MWF’s November meeting. Scholarships were established in 1981, the donations were made to the Federation and the club established an annual scholarship with Winona State University for $1000, with increases since then.
