Ken & Char Seebold Biology/Ecology Scholarship

Kenneth & Charlene (Adank) Seebold were married Sept 17, 1960 in Winona Minnesota. They have two daughters and 3 grandchildren. Ken & Char enjoyed traveling the world, they participated in several African hunting expeditions, visited Israel, Egypt and many other countries. Ken was an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing, while finding contentment outdoors Ken & Char always had the environment as their first concern.

Ken passed away on January 15, 2007 at his home. Ken was a lifelong Winona resident. He began a career in banking at First National Bank for a period of 14 years, then with Winona National Bank for 25 years. He retired from Winona National Bank as vice president and senior trust officer on July 15, 1996. Ken is a U.S. Navy veteran. He was a member of St. Martin’s Evangelical Lutheran Church and a member of the following boards and organizations: Winona Banc Holding Co. Board of Directors; Save for America Program; St. Martin’s Endowment Fund; Elizabeth Callender King Foundation; Winona State University Foundation; Board of Directors of Woodlawn Cemetery Assoc.; Latsch Island Board; Aghaming Park Board; Winona Lions Club and Trout Unlimited-Wincrest Chapter. Ken was also a past member of many other clubs and organizations in the Winona area over the years.
