Steven & Catherine Richardson Scholarship

The Steven and Catherine Richardson Scholarship is created to encourage and support students from the People’s Republic of China in their efforts to further their educations at WSU.

Criteria

1. Each recipient must be an international student from the People’s Republic of China. The recipient must be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate or graduate student at Winona State University.
2. Each recipient must have a score equal to or greater than 550 on the paper-based version of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or 213 on the computer-based version of the TOEFL.
3. A new entering and/or continuing student may apply for this scholarship. The applicant may be a continuing or a transfer student from another institution within the United States. We reserve the right to determine minimum g.p.a. and/or credits earned.
