WNB Financial Fine Arts-Theater & Dance Scholarship

The Winona National Bank Fine Arts Theater and Dance Scholarship is created to encourage and support students in who have declared a major in WSU’s Theater and Dance program or a minor in the Dance Program. The scholarship selection process may include auditions or review of students portfolios when making award decisions. Recipients must demonstrate the ability and potential for growth as an actor, dancer, or designer. The selected departments will decide on how best to assess each student’s promise for excellence in his/her chosen field.

Criteria

1. Each recipient must have declared a major in the Music, Art, or Theatre and Dance (Minor) Departments at Winona State University
2. Each recipient must supply a copy of his/her transcript. Recipient must have a minimum g.p.a. of 2.0
3. Financial need as determined by the Financial Aid Office-FASFA
4. Each recipient may be either an incoming or current student
5. Preference is given to students graduating from Winona, La Crescent, Lewiston,
6. St. Charles, Houston and Rushford High Schools
