Mary & Fred Heyer Scholarship

The Mary and Fred Heyer Scholarship is created for students majoring in the Music Program at WSU.

Criteria

1. Each recipient must be an incoming freshman and must meet the minimum admissions standards for enrollment at Winona State University.
2. Each recipient must be a declared major in Winona State University’s Music Program.
3. Each recipient must be an instrumental music major with woodwind as the major instrument.
4. Each recipient must enroll and participate in a wind ensemble and enroll in applied lessons.
