Pro Build Scholarship

The Pro Build Scholarship is created to create a recognition system to encourage our youth citizens to participate in voluntary community service. This scholarship will be awarded to an outstanding college student who has, through their dedication and commitment to their community, and through their service and volunteerism, enhanced civic life in Winona and the surrounding community. The recipient embodies the true spirit of civic engagement

Criteria

1. Each recipient must be an undergraduate student, sophomore or junior, enrolled full-time (i.e., minimum of twelve credits per semester) at Winona State University
2. Strong financial need
3. G.P.A. of 2.5
