John & Betty Waldo Scholarship

The John and Betty Waldo Memorial Scholarship is created for students who have participated in the Winona County 4-H program or who identify as coming from a farming family.

Criteria

1. Each applicant must be either a current Winona County 4-H member, have participated in the Winona County 4-H program or come from a farming family.
2. Each recipient must be a high school graduate and accepted as an incoming freshman at Winona State University.
3. Each recipient must be classified as a high school graduate in good standing with a minimum grade point average (G.P.A) of 3.0 (4.0=A).
